The session brought together attendees from a variety of sectors, including marine science, policy, industry and NGOs, to explore the opportunities and challenges of large-scale offshore solar deplyment.

Expert speakers Dr Pedro Vinagre (WavEC, Portugal) and Dr Gerdien de Vries (TU Delft, Netherlands) shared valuable insights on the environmental and social dimensions of offshore solar, setting the stage for a engaging exchange of ideas.
